• The manufacturing time of orders depends on several points:

• Quantity of equipment (the larger the order, the more days needed for manufacturing).

• Customization request (for customized products, an additional 3 days are required).

• Order list (Falcon has its customer list, and this order must be respected).

No, Falcon accepts any quantity of equipment.

Falcon products (blades and shafts) come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing issues, which includes:
Products received with defects (72 hours to contact Falcon).
Breakage of blades or shafts during equipment use.
Falcon's warranty does not cover misuse or improper storage.
Please note that the 1-year warranty for shafts is valid only when used with Falcon blades.

The order value refund can be made up to 30 days after receiving the material. All transportation and importation costs must be borne by the customer, and if the material shows any defect, the repair cost will be charged separately.
If the material is sent with any defect, it must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product, along with the product number on it.
